'The Subdivider further agrees not to commence the con- 5 struction of the pipe line covered by Subdivision 1 hereof until 1 6 such time as it has furnished to the Company title guarantees or 7 policies of title insurance aforesaid. 8 ARTICLE II. 1 9 THE COMPANY AGREES: 10 1. Upon execution of this agreement and receipt of said 11 Bill of Sale, and such necessary easements for said water lines, 12 and receipt of necessary title guarantees or policies of title in- 13 surance, to pay to the Subdivider, at guarterly intervals, thirty- 14 five percent (35%) of the revenue received by it from consumers 15 located in Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, Lots 9 to 12, inclusive, and Lots 16 18 to 20, inclusive, of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition 1 17 18 No. 6, taking direct service from water mains installed hereunder for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of said 19 installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed 20 upon siim of $1,450.00, whichever first occurs. 21 ARTICLE III.
