HELGESON, an individual, whose address is P* 0. Box 483, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Acres Addition Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains by installing approximately 570 LF of 6" and 132 LF of 4" cast iron water mains and 10 LF of 6" fire hydrant connections in the locations shown in yellow on Drawing A-1045, dated July 30, 1953, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $3,180#00• RECITALS 4 m -1- m a m
