NORMAN CORNWALL, P. 0. Box 1110, Las Vegas, Nevada, all its right, title and interests in and to refunds from revenue of the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, assignee of the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, to be made pursuant to Section I, Article II of that certain Agreement between DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC. and LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, assignee of LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, dated August 5, 1953, identified as "NWLD 2710 and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT to make all payment s required by said Section I, Article II of said Agreement to C. NORMAN CORNWALL. This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement of DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC. and C. NORMAN CORNWALL and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be binding upon the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT until said LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT is given written notice of such revocation.
