ADD. .N 0 ..iQ 7 P ^ A S R E E M E N T Z*' THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of _, 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC*, a Nevada corporation, whose address is 1800 Soitfeh 10th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH? WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Van Patten Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1.
