Corporation, hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to Harrison S. Stocks all its right, title, and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 1, Article II of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated August k, 1953* identified as "N"L. D. 2703, and the undersigned hereby expressly authorizes and requests the Las Vegas Valley Water District to make all payments required by said Section 1, Article II of said Agreement to Harrison S. Stocks. This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by M. P. L. Corporation and Harrison S. Stocks, and the revocation thereof as herein pro­vided shall not be binding upon the Las Vegas Valley Water District until said Las Vegas Valley Water District is given written notice of such revocation, I N WITNESS WHEREOF, this Assignment has been executed this day of V L A d ^ J U ^ > , 1955.
