Sweeney, an individual — the said PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY, Trustee, of 113 South 4th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, being herein­after called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of the business district immediately north of Fremont Street between 21st Street and 23rd Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made appli­cation for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
