F5l«..*..«««» U of THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the — A £ -- day , 1954, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,'* Party of the First Part, and PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF LAS VEGAS, INC., A Nevada Corporation, whose address is Post Office Box 1349, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distribu­ting water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of a portion of Ellis Estates Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said traet with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1.
