AGREEMENT t S'WL THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the ^ ^ day of r _____ , 1954, toy and "between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called ”Company,” Party of the First Part, and ROMY HAMMES, an individual, whose address is 311 So. 3rd Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called ”Subdivider,” Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distrib­uting water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; ai^d WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Marycrest Estates Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made ap­plication for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; j A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE I. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1.
