To obtain and furnish the Las Vegas Land and Water Company a release which shall be in a form satisfactory to the Water Company from third parties who may participate in the cost of installation of 8“ cast iron water main in Oakey Boulevard and from owners of property immediately adjacent to Oakey Boulevard on the north and south sides thereof between Eastern Avenue and Southern Nevada Power Company right-of-way, releasing and relin­quishing to the Subdivider all right to refunds of revenue from customers of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company immediately adjacent to Oakey Boulevard between the above described limits, and taking direct service from 8“ cast iron water main to be constructed by Subdivider in Oakey Boulevard, ARTICLE II-THE COMPANY AGREES: 1* Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of said Bill of Sale, and such necessary easements for said water lines, and receipt of necessary title guarantees or policies of title in­surance, and said release of right to refunds of revenue from customers of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company immediately ad­jacent to Oakey Boulevard between Eastern Avenue and Southern Nevada Power Company right-of-way which is incorporated in this provision by reference to Agreement with Subdivider covering Charleston Park Tract 1, to pay to the Subdivider at quarterly intervals, 35% of the revenue received by it from consumers - 4 -
