The said R.H. Carr and Louise L. Carr, husband and wife, warrant that they are the owners of the said six inch (6”) watWr line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all mater­ial and laboi? claims attaching thereto, and they will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
