QorrBSpw FOR VALUE RECEIVED, LEE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.,- ay Nevada Corporation, with place of business located at 1229 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Trans­fer and Set Over to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6” ) and eight inch (8«) cast iron water line in location described in Article 1, Section 1, of that certain agreement between the parties hereto (identified as MN ML.D. 2590), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said LEE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation warrants that it is the owner of the said six inch (6M) and eight inch (8n ) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and laboi? claims attaching thereto, and that it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same IN WITNESS WHEREOF, LEE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation, has caused this Bill of Sale to be duly executed this 2 C .~ day of ^ e.________ ,1952.
