S. Wengert, acting as trustee, (identified as WNM LJ>. 2504), together with all valves, fittings and valve bases connected with said water line* The undersigned Sellers warrant that they are the owners of the said six (6") inch water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear *f all encumbrances, including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that they will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
