COMPANY, a Nevada Corpora­tion, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6” ) and eight inch (£") cast iron water line in lo­cation described in Article 1, Section 1 of that certain agree­ment between the parties hereto (identified as ”N !,L.D. 2561}, together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines. . The said LEE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation, warrants that it is the owner of the said six inch (6«) and eight inch ( B t r ) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all time hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
