The said PLUMLEIGH-G3LLETT ING., a Nevada Corporation, warrants that it is the owner of the said six inch (6**) and eight inch (8") water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
