PETEBSEN, of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATEB COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain six (6) inch cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section I, of that certain agreement between the parties hereto, (identified as "N"L„D. 2275) together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said ?water lines. The said BOIES J. PETEBSEN, warrants that he is the owner of the said six (6) inch water line and connecting valves,, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances in­cluding all material and labor daims attaching thereto, and that he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
