LAS VEGAS LAND AND W A T BILL OP SALE CONTRACT For value received, CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY CO., INC., a Nevada corporation, with place of business located at 103^ South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described water facilities located within the City Limits of Las Vegas, Nevada: That certain cast iron water line in Blpbk 4 of Mayfair Tract No* 2, consisting of 1750 feet of 6 inch cast iron pipe as follows: Commencing at a connection with the existing main at Lewis Avenue, thence southerly a distance of approximately 350* to the north line of Lot 15; then commencing at a connection with the existing main at the east side of 17th street, thence wester­ly 700* more or less to the east side of l6th Street; then commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 25, thence northerly A00* more or less to the northeast corner of Lot Al; thence at right angles easterly 300* to a connection with the above described water main at the northeast corner of Lot 3^* Together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water line, all as constructed pursuant to agreement dated December 3, 19A8, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Contractors Equipment & Supply Co*, Inc.
