The Frontier Improvement Company warrants that it is the owner of the said eight (8) inch and six (6) inch water line and connect­ing valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that*the same is free and clear of all encumbrances inoluding all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that it, will at ail times hereafter defend the title to the y ! i ? # ...
