HAND, and individual, with address at 1821 Walnut Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, do hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER; COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all their right, title; and interest in and to that certain 6" cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement between the parties hereto (identified as "N"L.D. 2747), together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said MADSEN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a Nevada Corpora­tion, and DRAPER H. HAND, an individual, warrant that they are the owners of the said 6" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encum­brances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and they will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or .to claim the same.
