S'N"L.D. 2702-1 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER CO, B I L L O F S A L E W m P 0 FOR VALUE RECEIVED, FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation, whose place of business is 3300 West Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, A Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in :and to that certain 6” and 8» cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement between the parties hereto (identified as »N»L.D. 2702), together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said Federal Development Co,, Inc., a Nevada Corporation warrants that it is the owner of the said 6« and 8" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and la­bor claims attaching thereto^ and it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Nevada Corporation, has caused this frill of Sale to be duly executed this 16th day of Noyeaber i , 1953.
