V "N"L.D. 2684-1 Corfssp. ni«.____ BILL OF SALE FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Sellers do hereby SELL, ASSIGN, TRANSFER and SET OVER unto the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, all their right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6rt) cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that certain agree­ment between said water company and Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, acting as Trustee, (identified as KNWL.D. 2684), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with, said water line. The undersigned Sellers warrant that they are the owners of the said six inch (6W) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all en­cumbrances, including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that they will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
