BILL OF SALE For value received, the undersigned Vendor hereby sells, assigns and transfers to. Las Vegas Valley Water District, a Municipal corporation as Vendee all right, title and interest of the Vendor in and to the following property shown on Exhibit A hereto attached and made a part hereof, the same constituting the water mains, pipes, fixtures, pumps, valves, meters, electrical and gasoline tocxatfic motors, buildings and all other appliances attached to, belonging to or used in connection with said water system by which the vendor heretofore furnished water to the inhabitants of the Town of Whitney. and said Vendor does hereby represent to and covenant to and with said Vendee that at the time of execution hereof, Vendor is lawfully possessed in his own right of a good title to the above described property and that he has good right and lawful authority to sell and deliver the same, and that the same is free of all encumbrances of whatsoever kind or nature.
