Water Company Distribution System Gentlemen: In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled the attached list of easements granted to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for pipe lines located on private property, which easements pertain to the distribution lines of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Revada, as shown on the maps furnished us by your office and designated by blue lines. We have not made an examination of the record title of each parcel over which such easements have been granted to ascertain that each owner Joined in the conveyance of a proper easement. Therefore, the attached list is not intended to indicate that all of the easements set forth thereon are valid easements. This report is based upon information which we believe to be correct.
