Discussion was had regarding D irectors authorized to sign checks fo r the disbursement and temporary investment o f funds* Upon motion by D irector Coulthard, seconded by D irector Cornwall, and uaanimously carried , the follow in g resolution was adopted: RESOLVED, that the President and/or Acting Vice President, and Secretary-Treasuer and/or Assistant Secretary-Treasurer o f the Las Vegas V alley Water D is tric t be and hereby are authorized to sign checks fo r the disbursement o f funds, and RESOLVED, that the Prelim inary Price Purchase Fund, Adjustment Fund and Relocation Fund be authorized out o f the Construction Fund and into Escrow at the F irs t National Bank o f Nevada, Third Street Branch, and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that from the $535,000. Organization and Capital Reserve, one account be established at the Fi^rst National Bank o f Nevada, Third Street Branch* in the amount o f $100,000*, and one account be established at the Bank o f Las Vegas in the amount of
