No. 2769 THIS AGREEMENT, made this 30th day of April, 1954, by ROSCOE MOSS COMPANY, a corporation of the State of California, whose address is 4360 Worth Street, Los Angeles 63, California (hereinafter called "Contractor"), and LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada (hereinafter called "Land Company"), WITNESSETH-: Section 1. The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish (except as herein otherwise specifically provided) all casing and other necessary materials, superintendence, labor, tools, machinery, plant equipment and transportation for, and to drill, set casing in and complete, two water wells at Las Vegas,Nevada, in the locations indicated for Wells 12 and 13 on map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof pursuant to the terms hereof and to the general conditions and specifica­tions attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part here­of. Each well to be drilled hereunder shall be drilled to the depth designated by the Land Company, but not less than a depth of 800 feet and not to exceed a depth of 1,200 feet, and shall be delivered to the Land Company with casing properly set at the depths designated by the Land Company, open to its full diameter and for its entire length, and in such condition that the well may be safely and efficiently operated for the production of wa­ter. In the drilling of each well hereunder Contractor agrees to conduct continuous and diligent operations and to perform all work in a good and workmanlike manner and to the satisfaction and acceptance of the Land Company. 1 .
