Adamson - Los Angeles Dear Mr £ C a m p b e l l ; Please refer to Section 5 paragraph (1) and Exhibit «A" of Agreement CLD 11342, dated June 1, 1953, covering sale of water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada, to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, which provides that the District will remove that certain portion of pipe line shown by broken red and black line between points R and HH on Exhibit ”A m » The Railroad Company proposes to dedicate to the City of Las Vegas for street purposes, a strip of land 80 ft. in width easterly of and adjoining the center line of Sections 28 and 33, between Charleston Boulevard and Bonanza Road, and to develop and industrial subdivision easterly of this center section line. The pipe line between points R and HH, exclusive of the portion now serving existing pumping station at point HH, which will be removed by District pursuant to Agreement of June 1, 1953, is located within the limits of proposed street dedication and consists of 1 4 n Class 100 Transits pipe located 22 feet easterly of Section Line.
