Campbell 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Fevada Dear Mr. Campbell: In my letter of October 23, 1953 approval was given to Las Vegas Land and Water Company projects W 23-I-89, ¥ 23-1- 101 and W 23-I-IO9. Assurance was given that the contract prices for these projects had been checked by this office and found to be reasonable. In addition to the above projects, application W 23-1-119 for water mains in the Heer's Subdivision was also checked by this office in accordance with instructions from the Water District, and the contract prices were found to be reasonable.
