Campbell Campbell Realty Co. 135 So. 4th Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Tom: I am enclosing a copy of an Application of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company which we pro­pose to file with the Public Service Commission of Nevada within the next few days. Mr. E.E. Bennett will be in Las Vegas on Tuesday, July 17th, and would like to discuss this matter with you and Mr. G. Wm. Coulthard and any other Directors of the Water District who care to sit in the meeting, sometime Tuesday morning, if that day would be convenient to you. Mr. Bennett is taking with him to Las Vegas copies of the application for delivery to Messrs. John F. Cahlan and Henry Greenspun but before making that delivery, he would like to discuss the matter with you and the other gentlemen. Mr. Bennett has sent a copy of the applic­ation to Mr. Coulthard for his personal Information but I am sure you agree with me that it is quite desir­able that no publicity be given to this application until after he has had an opportunity to discuss it with you.
