The following items should be eared for in the purchase contracts WATER RENTS. Many customers pay their water bills far in advance. The Company does not send out any bills* Fines are levied for tardy payments. An auditor should go over their collections and total the advance payments. Also the delinquents. Then give the District proper credit* EXTENSIONS* Rebates of 50% of water collections over a ten year period exist for many of the extensions into subdivisions. This should be a deduction on the sale price (reproduetion-cost-new-leas-depr.) OFFICE RECORDS. Maps, contracts for extensions, etc, should be transferred, or at least copies thereof. OFFICE. Arrangements to rent present office for not over a period of six months until District can locate its own office. Office safe. INVENTOR! Of TOOLS, Tools and mechanical equipment necessary for the repairs which constantly are going on. TRUCKS AND AUTOS. KEYS AND LOCKS. SERVICE TO THE R.R.
