Clark, Chief Engineer and Manager, Las Vegas Valley Water District, 900 South Fifth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Clark: Referring to your letter of October 2nd, covering inventory of water producing and distribution facilities at Las Vegas* At the present time our inventory is being confined to pipe lines and water producing facilities. We do not propose to include the office space or any portion of the Ranch. As regards the land around the wells, T believe this can be best negotiated in conference along with several other features such as easements across Railroad Company property for the water and power lines between the producing field and Main Street, service con­nections, etc., after the inventories have been completed and you have had opportunity to check them.
