Clark, Chief Engineer and Manager, Las Vegas Valley Water District, 135 LaSso uVtehg aFso,u rNtehv aSdtareet, Dear Mr. Clark: Referring to my letter of August 24th in which I advised we anticipated being able to furnish inventory of the remaining Water Company lines on or before September 21st: The compilation of this information has taken us a little longer than we anticipated and it now appears it will be Oct. 1st before we can furnish the data. As regards your letter of August 29th concerning weights of cast iron pipe, upon checking with our engineers I find that with the exception of a few projects constructed during the war period, all of the pipe and fittings have been Class 150. For the past several years we have been using cement joints, although during the earlier construction work lead joints were used. A . M. F O L G E R . G E N E R A L M A N A G E R L A S V E G A S .
