* Company, or any successor in ownership thereof, as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, upon the sale date. The said water distribution mains which were completed by the Water Company on or before September 1, 1952, are shown by red colored lines on map attached hereto, marked Exhibit riD" and made a part hereof. It is understood that any of the said distribution facilities mentioned in subparagraphs (f) and (g) of this Section 1 shall include such service connections not shown by colored lines on Exhibit "D" as may be now or hereafter owned by the Water Company, or its successor, and which extend between the said mains shown by colored lines on Exhibit "D" and the service lines or fire hydrant risers owned by customers receiving service from said distribution system. (g) All additions and betterments to or extensions of the water distribution facilities referred to in sub-paragraph (f) of this Section 1 constructed by the First Parties, or any of them, between September 1 , 1952, and the sale date or in the course of construction on the sale date. Said additions, betterments and extensions under construction but not completed on September 1 , 1952, are shown by green line on Exhibit "D", and those, the construction of which was started after September 1,1952,and prior to March 1, 1953* are shown by yellow colored lines on Exhibit D". Additions, betterments or extensions, if any, commenced after March 1, 1953* hibit ”D". are not shown on Ex( h) All automotive equipment, shop equipment,material and supplies (excluding office furniture and equipment in the office of the Water Company) belonging to the Water Company,or any successor in ownership thereof, on the sale date and purchased or acquired by it for the purpose of the operation and maintenance of the public utility water distribution system referred to in paragraphs (f) and (g) of this Section 1 and of the class charged by the Water Company to Account 115— Materials and Supplies and Account 327 General Equipment as shown in the annual reports of the Water Company filed with the Public Service Commission of Nevada. It is agreed that the ledger value of the materials and supplies charged to said Account 115— Materials and Supplies as of September 1 , 1952, was $29,902.90, and that the ledger value of the automotive equipment and shop equipment charged to said Account 327— General Equipment as of September 1 , 1952, was $8,379.54. 5.
