If you have not carried out all of the provisions of Paragraphs IV and VI of the 0- riginal Escrow Instructions as herein amended on July 1, 1954, the amendments to the Original Escrow Instructions herein made shall be of no force and effect and shall be disregarded by you in carrying out the terms of said es­crow.
