Dear Harry: Under date of July 10, 1954, the First National Bank of Nevada furnished us with copies of the policy of title insur­ance issued to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, together with a copy of a list of easements granted to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for pipelines. I have examined the policy of title insurance and it appears to me to be sufficient. I have not checked out the property descriptions in the policy against the property descrip­tions in the deed or contract of purchase, but assume that these matters have been checked out by the District's engineer. I note that the First National Bank appears to have provided Leo McNamee with copies of the policy of title insurance and the list of easements. You will naturally want to secure any comments or recommendations of Mr. McNamee. Inasmuch as we do not require the policy of title insur­ance or the list of easements in our records, we are enclosing the same herewith.
