AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and.between the parties hereto as follows: Section 1. Promptly after the effective date of this sup­plemental agreement Railroad Companies shall execute and deliver to the District by document substantially in the form.of the grant of easement marked Exhibit "f ", attached to said agreement dated June 1, 1953* a grant of easement for the construction, maintenance, opera­tion, repair and replacement of pipe lines for the conveyance of wa­ter under, upon and along the parcels of land described as follows: EASEMENT STRIP ONE That certain strip of land 15 feet in width in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada,and being portions of Sections 34, 27 and 28, in T. 20 S., R. 6l E., M.D.B.& M., the center line of which is de­scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main Street, as said Street now exists 88 feet in width,dis­tant southerly thereon 6.0 feet fromthe westerly pro­longation of the centerline of Ogden^Avenue (formerly Ogden Street), as said Ogden Avenue is shown on map of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence Westerly par­allel to the westerly prolongation of the centerline of said Ogden Avenue to a point in a line parallel to and distant 7 .5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 27; thence westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to the west line of said Section 27; thence westerly along a line parallel to and distant 7 .5 feet northerly, measured at right an­gles, from the south line of said Section 28, to the west line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 28. 2.
