A motion was duly made by Director Thorn, seconded by Director Miller, and unanimously approved by the five Directors present that a fire hydrant rate for Clark County in the amount of $10 per month be adopted. DIRECTOR COULTHARD JOINED THE MEETING AT THIS TIME. APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS Copies of a proposed list of election officers to serve at the District election April 3, 1956 were distributed to the Directors. Following a brief discussion, a motion was duly made by Director Thorn, seconded by Director Rosevear, and unanimously carried by the six Directors present, that the following list of election officers be approved.
