Ill Broadway- New York 6, New York Attention: Mr. Doyle Gentlemen: Following Mr. Doyle*s telephone call to me of this morning concerning the two copies of the transcripts to he provided insurance companies purchasing bonds from your group, we contacted the Secretary of the Las Vegas Valley Water District concerning the preparation of the bond transcripts. Mr. Miller, the Secretary, advises me that the transcripts are almost complete and will be for­warded to our office to be sure that the same contain all the necessary documents.
