When such cla im s s h a l l have been approved by th e o th e r p a r ty , th e Escrow Agent s h a l l make payment from s a id R e lo c a tio n Fund as f o llo w s ; (1 ) Where a c o n tr a c t o r c o n tr a c ts s h a l l have been e n te re d in to by th e D is ­t r i c t , th e Escrow Agent s h a l l pay th e a - mount o r amounts s p e c if ie d in th e cla im to th e c o n t r a c to r o r c o n tr a c to r s to whom such amounts a re due f o r m a te r ia ls sup­p lie d o r work perform ed. (2 ) Where a c o n tr a c t o r c o n tr a c ts s h a l l have been e n te re d in to by th e F i r s t P a r t i e s , th e Escrow Agent s h a l l pay th e amount o r amounts s p e c if ie d in th e cla im to th e c o n tr a c to r o r c o n tr a c to r s to whom such amounts a re due f o r m a te r ia ls sup­p lie d o r work perform ed and s h a l l pay to th e F i r s t P a r t ie s a sura o r sums d e t e r ­mined as h erein ab o v e p rovided f o r s e r v ­i c e s rend ered by th e F i r s t P a r t i e s . When a l l th e work provided f o r in S e c tio n 5 has been com pleted and a l l c o n tr a c to r s employed e i t h e r by th e D i s t r i c t o r th e F i r s t P a r t ie s s h a l l have been p aid in f u l l , th e D i s t r i c t and th e F i r s t P a r t ie s s h a l l so n o t i f y th e Escrow A gent, and thereupon any p o r tio n o f th e R e lo c a tio n Fund rem aining in th e hands o f th e Escrow Agent s h a l l be p aid to th e D i s t r i c t . 2 0 .
