Dear Madam:- ' 1S In answer to your recent favor regarding the description of land in your receipt beg to advise that the fceceipt is the same as the description on ,the assessment roll. This is probably an error in the coppying into the roll and will not affect the title of your property in any way if it is a mistake as I think it is. I will take it up with the assessor when he comes over and straighten the matter up. When'you come up you can call and see if we have the matter corrected.
