Fort Mojave, Ariz July 17 The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. Sir: I have the honor to reply to your letter of the 6th inst relative to a claim of $19.80 in favor of the Los Angeles Times for publishing proposals for lumbler, shingles, etc. to be used at this school. Your lilegram of the 18th. December authorizing me to publish proposals in the daily “press” of Los Angeles was received by me on the 19th. I enclose the original copy of this telegram wherein you may see that the words “daily press” are in small letters, with no distinguishing [not legible]
