Dear Sir: You are hereby requested to publish the enclosed advertisement for beef and flour for issue to Hualapai Indians in your weekly paper for a period of three (3) weeks commencing in first issue after receipt of this. Payment for publishing the advertisement in your paper will be made by the Indian Office upon the presentation of a proper account on blanks which will shortly be sent you by me accompanied by a copy of each edition of the newspaper containing the advertisement, and
