Several weeks and of course they could not be moved or taken out of the R.R. Co. hands until Mr. Stone paid the freight. I had to unite to Mr. Stone several times in regard to the matter and finally insisted on his strict observance of Article #3 of his contract. Now in order to avoid any trouble of this kind with you, I wish you would make arrangement with the R.R. Co. so that goods will be delivered at any time.
