2. These are excellent workers, but they cannot plan. It is impossible for me to be with them all the time. Moreover, we should have a man thoroughly covenant with farming by irrigation. By the first of March i would be in position to dispense with my carpenter and beg to be permitted to engage an industrial teacher at the same salary as paid the carpenter.
