Dear Sir: ; D am in receipt of a carbon copy of a letter Addressed to Mr.H.Hawgobd, Chief Engineer, hy General Manager’Dells, dated January 4th, 1904, in which he states that he is - advised by Hr.J.L.Bristow, Fourth Assistant Postmaster General, under date of December 30th, 1903, that the name of Los Vegas, as applies to our ranch in Kevad-a, has been changed- to Las Vegas.
