Mr. J.Ross Clark, Second Vice President. Lear Sir: For your information I enclose you herewith, following reports for Las Vegas Ranch for the month of June, 1904: Report of receipts and ’disbursements, Balance S&eet, Account Current with Los Angeles Office. From the balance sheet you will note that the total receipts from store sales, hotel and from sales of ranch products, beef, fruit, hay, etc., are $771.00 less than the value of merchandise bought for the store and ranch and the pay roll. It is, however, possible that some purchases may have been made for ranch machinery and tools. I will investigate this and advise if you care to have the information. /fours truly, eno Auditor.
