Haven & Haven, Attorneys, San Francisco, (which I have not acknowledged) addressed to the Empire Construction Co, relative to'claim of J. E. Green of Beatty, Hevada, against that company covering alleged violation of contract entered into with him by Dr. J,K.w. Bracken on behalf of the Empire Construction Co. covering the delivery of 100 tons of* hay. I also attach letter from Mr. Bettis covering the transaction, also copies of messages sent by Mr. Bettis from Lae* Vegas during March. Will you kindly, after going over the papers, make such reply to Messrs. Haven & Haven as you may deem best. Very truly yours, mo
