Dear Sir: If you so approve, I have sold lots 7 and 8 in Block 6, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, purchase price to he $500,00, $50.00 of this to he paid in cash on delivery of Agreement, and the balance of $450*00 to run for one year with interest at the rate of 6%.
