Dear Sir:- Acknowledging receipt of your letter under date of September 10th with agreement in duplicate covering lots 21, 22, 23, and 24 in block 33 sold under agreement to Mrs. Nelson Hill. As requested in your letter I herewith re­turn copy of agreement properly executed by Mrs. Hill. I note what you say in reference to the name "Mrs, Nelson Hill" on this agreement and beg to advise that at the time I sold the property I wanted Mrs. Hill to give her given name, but She requested the agreement under the name of Mrs. Nelson Hill as she carries her bank account under that name and all of her other property holdings here in Las Vegas are also recorded under that name. Mrs. Hill was in this morning and paid another $100.00 on this agreement, and I do not believe it will be very long before she will have the entire amount paid up in full and stop interest on the same.
