Dear Sir: We sold under agreement to Mrs. Katherine Maybury Lots 27, 28 and 29 in Block 33, This agreement expired yesterday and Mrs. Maybury is asking for an extension of one year and will pay the interest up to date. I would like to recommend that you give her the required extension and if you ao approve, kindly send me a signed exten­sion slip, copy of which should be attached to our agreement in the Auditor's office and I will deliver same to Mrs. Maybury.
