I am attaching hereto the Auditor’s copy of th e Mayberry contract, on the second sheet of Viich appears a paster, extending the term of the original contract for one year from July 9th. I am also enclosing a duplicate of the paster to be attached to Mrs. Mayberry's copy of the agreement. Please execute both of these as Vice-President, have Mrs. Jfayberry sign each, and her signature witnessed, and return the enclosed Auditor's original to me. Yours truly, (Inc)
