i fourth, The written request for such release by the fi#§ Presi- dent and the Auditor of said Railroad Company, noting under the authority and instructions of said resolution of the Board of Dir ent­ers adopted May SO, 1908; Fifth, A oertified copy of resolutions of the Executive Com­mittee of the Railroad Company authorising the payment of the ap­praised value of said property, to-wlti $48,800 in cash, hy the Railroad Company to said Trustee of said mortgage under the provi­sions of Article 6th of said mortgage, to obtain the release re­fute ted. Sixth, A draft of the release requested, and finally, Seventh, The sum of $48,800 to he held and applied hy you under Article 6th of said mortgage. The Railroad Company having complied with the requirements of the mortgage in the premises, now ye quest that the release prayed for he executed and delivered to it, that the same may he placed of record.
